We've lived in our home on septic for 9yrs, the previous owners told us they could never find the septic tank after numerous attempts. We had tried to have the tank pumped out but no one at the county could tell us where it was. After talking with the staff at Williams they laid out a plan and sent out a great team to help locate our septic tank. In 7 minutes they were able to find a tank that had been hidden for 12+ yrs!
They quickly dug up both boxes, tested the lines, pumped it out, inspected the boxes and covered the holes like they had never even been there. Something that was haunting us for for years was fixed in a matter of hours! EVERYONE from the office staff to the guys in the field were so friendly and so professional!! I cannot say enough good things about the whole team!
